This course is for anyone who applies for, or holds, a notary public commission in South Dakota. The commissioning office is the South Dakota Secretary of State.
South Dakota does not require a notary exam. South Dakota has no state notary exam. The mock test is ours, a readiness check of 30 questions with 24 to pass (80 percent).
