This course prepares candidates for the emergency medical responder cognitive certification exam. It is independent practice. National certification and state permission to practice are separate.
The real exam is offered at Pearson VUE test centers or with online proctoring. It has 90 to 110 adaptive items and a 105-minute limit. The National Registry does not publish a fixed number correct to pass.
