This course is for anyone who applies for, or holds, a notary public commission in Alaska. The commissioning office is the Alaska Lieutenant Governor (Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Notary Section).
Alaska does not require a notary exam. Alaska has no state notary exam. The mock test is ours, a readiness check of 30 questions with 24 to pass (80 percent).
