This course is for anyone who applies for, or holds, a notary public commission in Florida. The commissioning office is the Governor of Florida appoints; Florida Department of State, Notary Commissions and Certifications Section.
Florida does not require a notary exam. Florida has no state notary exam. The mock test is ours, a readiness check of 30 questions with 24 to pass (80 percent). The state requires an approved course of 3 before you apply.
