This course is for anyone who applies for, or holds, a notary public commission in Hawaii. The commissioning office is the Hawaii Department of the Attorney General, Notary Public Program.
Hawaii requires an exam before a first commission. Hawaii requires 80% to pass, which is 24 of 30. Hawaii does not publish the question count; this mock test uses 30 questions, our choice. The notary exam is closed book.
