This course is for anyone who applies for, or holds, a notary public commission in Nevada. The commissioning office is the Nevada Secretary of State (Notary Division).
Nevada requires an exam before a first commission. Nevada requires 80% to pass, which is 24 of 30. Nevada does not publish the question count; this mock test uses 30 questions, our choice. The state requires an approved course before you apply.
