This course is for anyone who applies for, or holds, a notary public commission in Utah. The commissioning office is the Utah Lieutenant Governor (Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Notary Commissions).
Utah requires an exam before a first commission. The Utah exam is 35 weighted questions passed at 61 of 65 points; the mock test counts every question the same and asks for the same share, 33 of 35.
